Whether you are moving into an existing home or wish to improve the efficiency and comfort of the house you already live in, Pure Seal can help. No existing home insulation project is too big or small and there is always a solution to your problem.

To make your home more comfortable and economical, we must reduce the amount of air moving in and out of the building and increase the level of insulation. Older homes are full of holes and leak a lot of air. This makes them uncomfortable and expensive to heat but also durable; a house with lots of air movement will stay dry and dry wood is happy wood. As we tighten up your home to make it more energy efficient, we must make sure that we do not create problems. At Pure Seal, we have the knowledge and experience to do the job right.

Every project starts with a meeting where we discuss the particulars of your home and the cost involved. After our meeting, you will receive a detailed written proposal. There is no obligation and no high-pressure sales. We give you the facts and let you decide what is right for you.

Where to begin? Since warm air rises, the attic is the logical place to start; a properly air sealed attic will keep warm air from escaping, which will reduce the amount of cold air entering elsewhere.

(The main mechanism of unintended air movement in a building is the “stack” or “chimney” effect. Warm, heated air rises and finds its way into the attic while cold outside air enters the building on the lower floors to replace it. Prevent conditioned air from escaping at the top and air infiltration at the bottom will be reduced.)

Proper insulation is a smart investment that will make you more comfortable and save you money. Our customers report utility savings in the 30 to 50 percent range and a much warmer and quieter home.

No two houses are exactly the same but most share the same components: attic/roof, walls and basement/crawl spaces. Please browse through the following pages to learn more about your options or click the Quote button to contact us right now.
